Automated Affirmation: C3 matches the buy-side client's internal trade booking with the incoming MarkitWire transaction. The matching criteria can be modified for each client/product combination according to client requirements.
Embedded Workflow: A successful match can generate an automatic MarkitWire Affirmation. Exceptions are managed online through the standard C3 interface, the workflow component being used to route the exception to the appropriate team or person.
Rule-based Trade Enrichment: Portfolio management systems may not maintain all the data required to confirm OTC Equity Option Trades under the ISDA Master Confirmation Agreements (MCAs). C3's enrichment functions will apply client specific business logic to the internal transactions before Affirming the incoming MarkitWire transactions.
